As Director for Curriculum and Instruction, I am responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of the K-12 Tri-Creek School Corporation instructional program.    The department is responsible for curriculum development, staff development, and student assessment.

 We believe that you as parents, business leaders, citizens of the Tri-Creek community, and representatives of higher education are our customers.  We further believe that our students are the workers of our school community and that their job is continuous learning.

 We, the team of district employees, are responsible for facilitating and supporting the continuous growth of students, each according to our unique skills and assignments.    Our district instructional team, including building administrators, team leaders, department heads, and faculty council, has developed standards and benchmarks as student learning goals.  We have created a staff development program that focuses on best educational practice.

The district testing program provides a system for data gathering and analysis.  This process provides the basis for instructional decisions, program development, and staff development to support student continuous growth.
