Both internal and external audits have been conducted since late October when the Board of School Trustees approved the use of grant funds to engage Richard Egli and Associates, a Michigan public relations firm, to take an objective look at communications in the corporation.

Next steps in the improvement process include the formulation of goals and action plans to address the areas of concern and the development of a communications plan for the school corporation.
